I Get an Error Message When Using Advanced Text Services

How to Solve the Problem

  • Open the control panel and then Regional and Language options.
  • Select the Languages tab.
  • Click the Details button.
  • Click the Advanced tab.
  • Check the "Turn off advanced text services" item.
  • OK and close the control panel windows.
  • Restart Firefox.


The problem should now be solved and calls will replay normally.
