The following page will explain how the Alarms Widget works

The alarms widget shows the system status in terms of active alarms.

The lens indicates the status of the recorder with a colour and icon:

• Green with Tick - No alarms or alerts
• Amber/Orange with Exclamation Mark - Active alerts
• Red with Cross - Active alarms

The icon will flash every time the status changes, to stop this you click on the lens. Once you have stopped the animation, if you hover over the lens a tooltip will appear showing the status of the recorder.

The alarm text shows how many active alarms and alerts the recorder currently has. Clicking on this text will take you to the recorder status page via Quantify Configuration.

All alarms are listed; critical alarms are shown first, sorted by time, most recent first. Alerts will come after, sorted by time, most recent first. A red cross icon represents the alarms; an orange exclamation mark icon represents the alerts. If you click on the icon you will be taken to the recorder status page via Quantify Configuration.
