Now you have downloaded and installed the replay plug-in you may re-enable the proxy server. Do this by navigating to Tools > Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings. You can then enable "use a proxy server for your LAN" by ticking the box. Once you have done this click "ok" and then "ok" again.

You should now be able to use the replay plug-in normally.
