Bookmarks
Introduction
A Bookmark can be added to an evaluation to help explain to an Agent the reason for a Definition receiving a certain score, be it positive or negative. A Bookmark can consist of text alone or text plus learning attachments (including web-links). NB. When a Definition has had a Bookmark added to it a new symbol will appear to the left of its scoring tabs.
If the Bookmark has had a URL or file attached to it the symbol is: If no URL or file has been attached to the Bookmark the symbol is: When an Agent logs in to QM he or she can access their Evaluations and view any Bookmarks that have been added by their Manager. However, they cannot respond to what their Manager has highlighted and suggested through the Bookmark unless the Bookmark is included in an InstantCoach. |
