Resolution:

This problem has two causes: a corrupted download of the replay plugin and an error in the caching process which causes the application to fail to load.

Both of these problems can be resolved by forcing a reload of the component as follows:

  • Download the web application cache clearing tool from here
  • Run the application. You will see a prompt once the operation has completed and can then close the window.
  • When you next try to replay a call the plugin will be downloaded again from the Recorder and should solve the issue.
