Click evaluator productivity in the navigation panel.

To limit the report to evaluations completed for an individual department or team click the department/team radio button. This will present all evaluations created by any evaluator for the chosen department or team.

Click the browse button to view the available options for either in the select pop-up.

Use the template dropdown menu to select which call-handling standard evaluation scores will be taken from.

Select which category of media files calls will be included – click the ellipsis symbol to reveal the available categories in the select category pop-up. If no category is selected then all media files calls will be used.

Select the calendar period from which evaluations will be taken in date range.

Click OK or cancel to create the report or discard it.
