A Guide to Group Overview

Group Bar

Below is an image of the "Group Bar":

The "Group Bar" is a very simple control on the "Group Overview" interface. Its main function is to represent a group and its contents. The group name is featured on the far left of the bar.

The bar is a "Status Indicator" which gives a visual indication of how many channels are active and how many are idle. As you can see on the image above the turquoise area represents the "active" channels and the grey area, "idle" channels. The graphical view only gives an indication to gain more information about the "active" to "Idle" ratio, the bars also state the exact channel count.

Clicking on the "Group Bar" allows you to load the group. From there you can view individual channels, perform live acquire and run a last call search.
