InstantCoach
Introduction
Manager is the only built in user role with permission to create InstantCoaches. An InstantCoach can only be sent to the agent for whom the evaluation was created. Note: As soon as one definition has been scored the InstantCoach tab will become visible and an InstantCoach can be created for that definition. Creating an InstantCoach will save the evaluation.
