Intelligent Searches Example Scenario
I want to find a call that was made from my phone in the past ten minutes. My extension is 2101. Stage 1
Firstly we need to enter a search range. By using the search range Intelligent Searches we can choose from a preset of times. Below is a screenshot of the times we can choose from: 
As you can see there is a "last 10 minutes" option. When this is selected it automatically sets the search range to the last 10 minutes. Note: Preset times relate to the recorder time and not necessarily the local time. |
