Once Bulk Export has been loaded (from Internet Explorer, the address of the recorder and username you’re logged in under will have been filled in automatically), you will need to log into the recorder to enable Bulk Export to start reading the packages that have been created. If you have opened Bulk Export manually (using Firefox), you will need to enter the recorder address and username you want manually.
