In order to create and load a group you should access the "Load Group" overlay. To access this, simply click on the "Load Group" icon.

In order to edit and delete a group you should access the 'Group Overview' tab. The first time you visit the Monitoring page, this tab will be visible. If this tab has been closed, simply follow the instructions here to load it.
