Setting Up Your PC (Mozilla Firefox 3.6)

For Internet Explorer go to "Setting Up Your PC (Internet Explorer)".
For Firefox 4+ go to "Setting Up Your PC (Mozilla Firefox 4+)".


Installing .NET 3.5

The first thing you will need to do is install .NET 3.5 by following the instructions here:
"Installation Information for .NET 3.5"


Installing the .NET 3.5 Framework Assistant

Introduction

If you do not have the "Microsoft .NET Framework Assistant" installed you may see an error message saying you have the "incorrect version of .NET".

The "Microsoft .NET Framework Assistant" add-on tells the recorder what version of .NET you have installed on your computer. Without the add-on Mozilla Firefox may get confused about the version of .NET you have installed. Follow the instructions below to install the "Microsoft .NET Framework Assistant".

From this point on "Microsoft .NET Framework Assistant" will be abbreviated to MFA
