Bulk Export Manual
Once you have logged into the Bulk Export application, you will need to specify a location on your computer where calls that are being exported will be stored (if this is the first time you have logged into the application under this account). The folder that you select will contain packages (as folders) and inside these your calls and their extended information file (either an XML file for Analytics or a TXT file if export for WAV).
Once you have selected the location you want click OK. This will force the application to switch to the progress screen, enabling the export process to start.
