SSL Certificate Installation IE
Introduction
Welcome to the SSL support article for Internet Explorer users. Here you will find instructions on installing the Red Box Recorders Trusted Root CA certificate needed to access the recorder using SSL in IE. Once the certificate is installed you will be able to access the Recorder using SSL. Please note that SSL is only available via the primary network adapter's IP address. Support for SSL is present from Quantify Release 2.0. The recorder can be browsed to by using the following format: https://recorderIP or https://recorderIP/classic Installing the certificate is easy, simply follow this step by step guide. |
