User Widget

The following page will explain how the user Widget works

What it does

The user widget shows all users currently logged in, the number of replay licenses used against the number available, and the number of event reconstruct licenses used against the number available.

Minimised View

The left side of the lens represents the number of Replay licenses used against the total number available; the right side of the lens represents the number of Workspace licenses used against the total number available. If event reconstruct is not licensed the whole lens will represent the number of Replay licenses used against the total number available.

The status text shows the total number of users logged in at the current time.

If you hover over the temperature bar a tooltip will appear showing you the exact number of replay/workspace licenses used and the total number available e.g. “5 of 10 used”

Summary View

The widget is expandable.

Users are sorted alphabetically by username. Each user using a replay or workspace will have the icon displayed under the user icon. If the icon is greyed out it means they have the permissions to use a license but aren’t currently.

If you hover over the icon a tooltip will appear showing the last activity time.

If you click on the user you will log them out.
