Wave Graph

The purpose of the wave graph is to give a visual representation of the audio being played. There are two separate wave graphs, the top one represents the "local party" and the bottom, "remote party".

The taller the lines on the wave graph the louder the sound was at the point of recording. Silence or no audio (in the case of live acquire and some audio formats) is represented by a flat line.

The Wave Graph also features the "Replay Position Indicator" which indicates the current point of replay. You can snap the Replay Position to a chosen point on the Wave Graph by clicking on the desired part of the call. The Replay Position can also be manipulated through the replay controls.

You can also highlight part of the Wave Graph in readiness for loop replay. This is done by holding a click and dragging across the Wave Graph. Your selection is confirmed by the selected portion of the call being highlighted.
