The main use of Monitoring is to monitor a channels activity. Channels can be monitored within customizable groups and whole groups can be monitored within "Group Overview". It is also possible to perform live acquire and last call search on individual channels from the Monitoring area. See the Monitoring tutorials for an in-depth look at some of the mentioned features.
