When attempting to replay a call the "application file not valid" message is shown.

Below is the information shown when "more information" is clicked.

An exception occurred while downloading the application. Following failure messages were detected:

Exception occurred loading manifest from file ReplayPlugin.exe: the manifest may not be valid or the file could not be opened.

File ReplayPlugin.exe is not a valid Portable Executable (PE) file.

Some proxy servers block the replay plug-in from downloading. To resolve the issue you must temporarily disable use of the proxy server. You will then be able to download the replay plug-in. Once you have downloaded it you can then re-enable the proxy server and continue to use the Media replay plug-in normally.
