The Archive Media Search criteria enables you to search on archive media. This is selectable when media is loaded for replay. If a drive is loaded for Replay it will appear in the drop down list.

You can also set this to search on Callstore & NAS, which is the default used when the criteria is not present. You select the archive search criteria using the normal method. The default search media are the callstore and NAS. The first and last call times recorded on that media are displayed next to the media name
