Call Authentication

The "Call Authentication" feature displays information about the call's authenticity. If the call is authentic the "digital signature from the recorder" from the recorder and the "calculated digital signature" will be the same. This is confirmed by the green icon being displayed. See below for an example of this.

If for any reason a call has not been authenticated you will see the red cross icon. You will also see that the digital signatures do not match. See below for an example of this.

In some circumstances the recorder may not be able to obtain the digital signatures. This means the recorder doesn't know if the call is authenticated or not. This is illustrated with an amber icon to warn the user, below is an example of this.
