Click Completed Evaluations for all Agents in the navigation panel

Use the template dropdown menu to select which template the evaluations will be taken from.

Select which category of calls media files will be included – click the ellipsis symbol to reveal the available categories in the select category pop-up. If no category is selected then all media files calls will be used.

Select the calendar period from which evaluations will be taken and whether the period will cover the dates when the evaluations themselves were created or when the media files calls being evaluated were made (evaluation date or call date)

Click OK or cancel to create the report or discard it.
