The "Call Duration" criteria is used to limit the length of the calls you retrieve. For example if I wanted to find a call that I know was less than 10 minutes long I could use the following criteria:

Calls with a duration up to 10mins will match the above criteria. You could also specify a minimum duration by entering a time into the first part of the range.
