Evaluation Summary

Click Evaluation Summary in the navigation panel

Select which department/team/user will be analysed in the report – click the ellipsis symbol to reveal the available options in the select pop-up.

Choose either all or specific template and use the dropdown menu to select which call-handling template the evaluation scores will be taken from.

Select which category of media files calls will be included – click the ellipsis symbol to reveal the available categories in the select category pop-up. If no category is selected then all media files calls will be used.

Choose either all or most recent to select the number of evaluations you were like to include, if most recent enter the maximum number of evaluations required.

Select the calendar period from which evaluations will be taken and whether the period will cover the dates when the evaluations themselves were created or when the media files calls being evaluated were made (evaluation date or call date)

Click OK or cancel to create the report or discard it
