Call Deletion allows the user to delete a call directly from the Media Player. Call deletion is a licensed feature, and also a user permission. The delete call tab will only be available if you have both a license and the permission to use it. Opening the call deletion tab and pressing the button permanently deletes the call from the recorder database.
