Replay to Phone Status Messages

When using replay to phone you will notice there are many status messages to indicate the current activity. Below is a list of the most common status messages and what they mean.

Status Title Description
Connecting Number is being dialed
Engaged, attempts remaining * Specified phone is engaged, replay to phone will retry to connect the call again (*amount of retries is configurable)
Searching for call data Call data is being searched for by the recorder
Retrieving call data Call data has been found and is now being downloaded from the recorder
Replay Complete Replay to phone has reached the end of the replaying of the call
Replay Terminated Replay of the chosen call has been terminated. This can be done by clicking the "Terminate" button or ending the call on the receiving phone
Replaying The call is being replayed to the specified phone
Paused Replay is paused, click "Play" to resume replay

You will know if you encounter any error messages because the replay to phone application will have the graphic styling below.

The message will vary depending on the error.
