These are not required for you to set up your schedule but you may wish to add some additional criteria to make the schedule more detailed.

To add an advanced field select the criteria from the drop down list.

Click the add criteria button.

You will then need to edit the criteria to your requirements, for example, if the call duration criteria is added you will need to select a time selection.
