Once a Template is setup and a Supervisor is using it for assessment, it is possible to utilise different methods of obtaining recordings for assessment:

• Using the evaluate call button in Quantify search. Using the evaluate call button allows several calls to be added to a single evaluation, for the purposes of handling calls that may have been split up, such as hold, transfer or overly long calls.


• Using the schedule. The schedule allows the manager to setup a predefined query based on a date range and team. This query can then be run by a supervisor to auto-populate a random list of calls for assessment.
