Linked calls are shown with the following icon:

When the user clicks the icon it expands the row to show the linked calls. The linked calls are connected with a series of dotted lines. The 'parent' call is shown in bold, and the linked, or 'child', calls are shown in grey. See the illustration below for clarification.

The icon has now changed to a minus sign indicating that the row can be minimised again.
