InstantCoach Agent Review

Stage 2

All the attributes from the template used to evaluate the call are listed, however the agent can only view the definitions selected by the manager when he or she created the InstantCoach.

Using the media player the agent can listen to the highlighted sections of the evaluated call.

The agent can respond by adding their own bookmark to any definition that their manager has highlighted in the InstantCoach. (Click here if you’re unsure how to do this)

Click the reviewed tab in the lower menu bar to save and close the InstantCoach together with the additions.
