Evaluations

Introduction

An evaluation is an analysis of a completed call made by a manager using one of the templates that have been previously created. Bookmarks and InstantCoaches can be incorporated into an Evaluation to allow for precise, targeted learning opportunities from which the agent whose call is being analysed can greatly benefit.

Manager is the only built in role with permission to create, edit and delete evaluations, and then only for the teams and/or departments they manage directly.
